A ‘Stranger Things’ Animated Series Is Coming Out of the Lab

The Duffer brothers have revealed a new, unannounced series centered in the ‘StrangerThings universe. Saturday morning cartoons are being flipped on their heads.

The Duffer brothers have announced a new, unannounced StrangerThings animated series on Netflix:

“We’ve always wanted to make an animated Stranger Things in the style of the Saturday morning cartoons we grew up watching, and seeing that dream come true has been absolutely thrilling.”

The Duffers, Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen of 21 Laps, and Eric Robles of Flying Bark Productions are executive producing the new film under their Upside Down Pictures production brand. “What Eric Robles and his team have created is incredible — the scripts and artwork are incredible, and we can’t wait to share more with you!” The journey continues…”
